All services delivered by ETX Notary Public include a mobile service charge, which is separate from the Texas General Notary Fees. These fees are non-statutory and set by the individual notary (not by the State of Texas).

Professional notary services for incarcerated persons at Nacogdoches County Jail include identity verification and obtaining signatures inside the facility. Original documents are promptly returned to you and never left with the inmate. Service to Angelina County Jail available for an additional travel fee.This charge is separate from General Notary Services Fees.

If your signing requires an impartial witness and you do not have one available, we can coordinate one (or two, if needed). The fee is per witness for up to one hour, paid entirely to the witness as compensation for their time. Note: Notaries cannot serve as both the notary and the witness on the same document.
