Professional notary services delivered with care, compassion, and community-first values — proudly serving Nacogdoches County and East Texas.
ETX Notary Public isn’t just a service — it’s a local family business rooted in Nacogdoches. We live, work, shop, and raise our kids here, and we understand how important it is to have services you can trust close to home. When you contact us, you’re not reaching a call center or a rotating list of contractors, you’re working with neighbors who genuinely care about this community.
As a two-agent team, we support residents through both everyday document needs and life’s major turning points. Whether we’re providing free notarization at the library or meeting someone privately for a mobile signing, our commitment is the same: accuracy, confidentiality, and respect for the people we serve.

Go Dragons!

All documents must be properly formatted with the correct notary certificate before your appointment. By law, a notary cannot complete or alter a certificate on behalf of the signer. If you have questions about your document’s format, please inquire before your appointment—payment is due at the time of service, whether or not the notarization can be completed.
Punctuality is key to a smooth notary experience—appointments begin and end at the scheduled time. If a client is more than 15 minutes late without prior communication, the appointment is considered a no-show, the session is forfeit, and pre-payment will be required for future bookings to reschedule the service and cover the lost time.
